DRACULA TRAILS TRIP
OVERVIEW:
On the Dracula Trails Trip, we start our first day of riding from our base and head towards Dracula's Citadel in Sighisoara, where we spend the night.
Sighisoara Citadel is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best-preserved medieval citadels in Europe. It is also closely connected to the story of Vlad the Impaler and the legend of Dracula.
We ride mixed terrain through forests and hills, passing through old villages and remote countryside while exploring real Transylvania and discovering the places and stories behind the Dracula legend. This is a real enduro adventure in Romania, combining off-road riding with the history, landscapes and local culture of Transylvania.
For those looking for a more complete experience, the PREMIUM option takes the Dracula Trails adventure a step further. You will spend two nights in the medieval town of Sighisoara, with a full day of riding through the surrounding hills, forests and Saxon villages. This gives us more time to explore the citadel, discover the countryside around Sighisoara and enjoy the town without having to rush back to the base. Dinner is included every evening, with beer and soft drinks served with dinner. It is the perfect combination of riding, exploring and experiencing the real atmosphere of Transylvania.

RIDING SEASON:

100–150 km a day, approximately 95% off-road.
Daily mileage depends on the group's ability, progress and weather conditions.

RIDING GEAR RENTAL:
Riding gear can be rented from us for €50 per person for the whole trip.
SCHEDULE AND ITINERARY:
The itineraries below are general formats and may change depending on flight schedules, weather conditions and the group's riding ability.

Day 1 — Airport pick-up and guided tour of Sibiu. Lunch or dinner in the city centre and transfer to the base.
Day 2 — Ride to Dracula's Citadel in Sighisoara and overnight stay. Guided tour of the citadel followed by dinner in a traditional Romanian restaurant.
Day 3 — Ride back to the base using a different route. BBQ in the garden and beer time.
Day 4 — End of trip. Transfer to the airport.

Day 3 — Full day of riding around Sighisoara. Explore the surrounding hills, forests, Saxon villages and remote countryside, discovering a different side of Transylvania. Second overnight in Sighisoara, followed by dinner.
Day 4 — Ride back from Sighisoara to the base using a different route. BBQ in the garden and beer time.
Day 5 — End of trip. Transfer to the airport.
