Enduro bike in the woods

David Ostler: "I loved Romania! Great riding, beautiful scenery. Gabriel was a great guide and a wonderful host. The tour is a stress free easy format. Once we arrived at the airport Gabriel picked us up and took care of everything until we were dropped off at the end of our Holiday. We were taken to some great local places to eat, which also enabled us to become more immersed in the Transylvanian culture. Gabriel has a positive community ethos and is passionate about supporting the local community through his own endeavours. The Sherco was awesome, if you haven't ridden one you need to try. I am used to riding big capacity KTM's and Japanese bikes and the Sherco had plenty enough power for me (I find 250's lacking) and was very nimble through the forest Terrain. In short, in the words of the Terminator, "I'll be back!" WARNING: treat Romanian schnapps with respect ! lol"

He worked and traveled all over North Africa, Asia, the Gulf States and Europe. Finally, he moved to the beautiful region of Transylvania where he discovered an unexplored potential for adventure motorcycle tours. For the past years, Gabriel explored Transylvania the best way you can do it, by trail riding. He now knows the region like the palm of his hand and has learned how to link the remote areas of Transylvania in some amazing motorcycle touring holidays. What’s even more important is that he wants to share the Transylvania, as he knows it, with all the other motorcycling enthusiasts out there.

Besides the Transylvania Trails project, he decided to invest his passion in building a traditional wood-burning brick and tile kiln. This way, he has at hand the materials needed for traditional restoration. All this effort is made with the goal to preserve the cultural heritage of the Transylvanian countryside. When he’s not doing a motorcycle tour, you will surely find Gabriel working in the kiln.
