Current Covid situation: Romania is on the EU green travel list!

As part of EU, Romania does not have many travel restrictions and most of the countries are on the green list. A test is not required for vaccinated people and people not vaccinated can enter Romania with a PCR test. Hotels are opened and restaurants are offering inside and outside dinning.
